We only accept Glenbrook Hall rental inquiries by phone call.

Community Hall

The community hall has a capacity of 100 people, kitchen facilities with pass-thru to main area, coat room, washrooms, new A/V, sound system, tables (various sizes) and chairs, and outdoor space with gas bbq hookup.

Rates:

• Monday to Thursday Evenings(17:00 to 22:00) $35/hour (min. 3 hours)
• Friday to Sunday (10:00 to 02:00) $400/day

Refundable security deposit required: $500

Boardroom

The boardroom can fit up to 16 people and includes access to Smart board and projector. There is also a separate washroom and coffee station.

Rates: Monday to Thursday (18:00 to 22:00) $90 (3 hr rental)

Sport Shack

The sport shack is our original community hall. The floor is rubberized and there are washrooms and small kitchen facility.

Rates: Currently under renovations

Storage Lockers

Inside our sport shack we offer several secure storage lockers for sports equipment use only. Payment is required six months in advance

Rates: $100 – $120/month(currently none available)
