Rental Policy

Glenbrook Hall Rental Information

  • $100 booking fee required to hold a reservation. Booking fee will be applied to rental
  • Rent and damage deposit required in full, 14 days prior to the event.
  • Music must finish at 12:00 am. and hall vacated by 2:00 am.
  • Hall is to be cleaned during the rental time. Additional cleaning charge of $25/hour if hall not returned cleaned or cleaning occurs after rental time.
  • Renters are responsible for obtaining their own AGLC Liquor Permits and insurance.
  • $100 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
  • There is no smoking allowed in or around Glenbrook Hall
  • At end of function:
    • All tables and chairs wiped down and put away.
    • Garbage removed from kitchen and hall and put in outside dumpster.
    • Kitchen left clean (includes refrigerator and stove) and all counters wiped down.
    • Removal of all items belonging to group.
    • Floors swept and mopped with warm water only.
  • With your rental you will have access to:
    • Hall
    • Coat check area
    • Banquet Tables (Both round and rectangular tables available)
    • Banquet Chairs (100 chairs supplied)
    • Stereo A/V System With microphone
    • Kitchen
    • Outdoor fenced patio area
    • We do not provide any food or beverage services. Renters are responsible for doing their own set-up/tear-down as well as supplying any decorations, glassware, dishes, cutlery or linens.

Glenbrook Hall Post Event Checklist

  • Glenbrook hall is to be left as found and must be cleaned up immediately after function
  • Chairs are to be cleaned if dirty, folded and put on the racks in the storage room when finished.
  • Tables are to be washed and put back in the storage room. Do not drag tables across the floor.
  • Coffeepots, trays, etc. must be cleaned and put away when finished.
  • Clean counters, refrigerators and stove after use.
  • Floors must be swept clean and washed if needed at end of function
  • All Toilets Flushed
  • All taps are closed off / not running
  • All food removed from fridge & freezer
  • Natural Gas BBQ line turned to “off” position (if used)
  • Interior lights turned off, exterior lights are on
  • Thermostat turned back to original function (as found)
  • All power is shut off to sound system and projector (if used)
  • Confetti, rice, glitter or the like is not allowed on the Hall premises, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be applied if such materials are used.
  • Recyclables, if not taken, should be placed in outside recycling bins at end of function
  • All garbage must be emptied and taken out to dumpster in parking lot. Key for dumpster is on the key chain.
  • All doors need to be closed and locked at end of function
  • After end of function and cleanup, lock all doors and leave keys in the mailbox inside the hall (mailbox is beside inside front door)
